We are a specialized masonry company. Starting in construction each at the age of 15, Mark and I have learned working side by side with some of the best waterproofers in the industry. For over thirty years we have worked on hundreds of the most beautiful buildings in our state. From Wilmington, Mass to Brewster, we have served many property owners, building managers and Parishes.
Triumph Masonry, Restoration & Waterproofing LLC is operated by a husband and wife team who have been serving the construction industry as Mason & Restoration Contractors since 1996. We are fully licensed and insured, and are ready to tackle anything from the most complex and large scale construction projects to the smallest of masonry repair jobs. Masonry has a much longer life span than any other building material.  It is fire resistant, does not support mold growth and it is a natural insulator being that it is slow to absorb and slow to lose heat.  Due to the strength and versatility that masonry provides, it is the best choice for anyone that wants to build something that will stand up to the test of time and the elements.  We are skilled craftsmen with a long history of working with brick, terra-cotta, limestone, granite, brownstone, marble, concrete block and more.  We take great pride in our work and do not take shortcuts.

We have completed numerous custom masonry projects from statue and ornamental stone repair to large scale restorations. As some people view art or have a love for something....this is how we feel about Masonry. In our everyday travels, we look at Masonry structures as some look at food or wine or music. The more challenging or exquisite the more we are intrigued. We have had many opportunities to work on very prominent places which have taught us the skills to complete complex projects on time and within budget.
GRANITE STAIR REBUILDING & REPAIR
Customized to Your Preferences
Open joints on masonry allow water to enter. When the water freezes/expands it can cause masonry to shift, spall or displace itself. On these granite stairs we had some minor sidewall rebuilding and some stone Dutchman work. We also waterproofed and sealed the steps providing them with protection from the winter salts & elements.
BUILDING ENVELOPE MAINTENANCE

This happens to be a specialty of ours. On this particular project we completed two elevations of the School. They had some leaks that grew worse with wind driven rains. Their lintels had been sealed improperly and they required some minor repointing with some foundation patching and sealant work.

While working on these types of projects, We are always very strict about the footprint of our work. We have very good house-keeping practices, and always do everything to respect the wishes of our clients.  The burden of construction can be frustrating, but we will be there personally throughout the process from start to finish doing our best to minimize the disturbance and complete our work in a safe, timely and professional manner.
